SBI Clerk Mains Result 2025 Declared: Check Merit List and Next Steps

The State Bank of India (SBI) has officially announced the SBI Clerk Mains Result 2025 for the Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) examination, conducted on April 10 and 12, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the mains exam can now check their qualifying status on the official website, sbi.co.in, as the bank aims to fill 14,191 vacancies through this recruitment drive.

The result, released in PDF format, lists the roll numbers of candidates shortlisted for the next phase, the Language Proficiency Test (LPT), a mandatory qualifying step for final selection. The mains exam, comprising 190 questions for 200 marks, tested candidates on General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and Computer Aptitude, with a 1/4th mark deduction for each incorrect answer.


To check the SBI Clerk Mains Result 2025, candidates should follow these steps:

  1. Visit sbi.co.in and navigate to the “Careers” section.

  2. Click on “Current Openings” and select “Recruitment of Junior Associates.”

  3. Find the link titled “Mains Result for SBI Junior Associates for Exam Held on 10th & 12th April 2025.”

  4. Download the PDF and use Ctrl+F to search for your roll number.

Within a week, SBI is expected to release scorecards detailing section-wise and overall marks, along with state-wise and category-wise cut-off marks. Candidates who studied the opted local language in Class 10th or 12th are exempt from the LPT, while others must qualify to proceed to document verification. Final selection will be based solely on mains exam marks, with no interview round.

The announcement follows the release of results for the Ladakh region on May 28, 2025, and Chandigarh region on June 1, 2025, with the nationwide results now available. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official SBI website for updates on scorecards, cut-offs, and LPT schedules.
